"McDonald's (MCD) said Monday sales at restaurants open at least 13 months rose 8.2% in November, sending its shares to an all-time high. Same-store sales, a key retail measure, rose 4.4% in the United States, lifted by sales of breakfast, premium roast coffee and chicken snack wraps, the world's largest fast-food company said. Same-store sales climbed 10.8% in Europe, helped by a new chicken sandwich in Britain and a game promotion in France, McDonald's said."
