Who needs Homeland Security!?

U.S. President George W. Bush apparently submitted a budget proposal to Congress last week that involved dramatic cuts to New York City's anti-terrorism funding. According to WNBC, the plan would eliminate programs for port security, transit security and local emergency management operations in the next budget year.

It seems like Bush now thinks that NYC is becoming a low priority target. Are you for real, Mr. President!? Maybe this could refresh your memory. Or this?

I feel for this guy. He's just a moron who got lucky. A moron. Nothing less, nothing more. A moron.
